- AprilAire E100 Dehumidifier with Condensate PumpAn AprilAire E100 (100 pint) dehumidifier with its companion condensate pump is supplied and installed in the crawlspace, with the condensate discharged outside the crawlspace-door wall and down the yard grade toward the lake.
- Electrical Outlet — Dedicated CircuitA new dedicated outlet and circuit is run from the interior first-floor panel to power the dehumidifier, installed by our licensed electrician, who also pulls the permitting from the City of Williamsburg. The outlet is installed after all paperwork with the City of Williamsburg is filled out and approved and the permit is issued.
- Door Insulation — Existing DoorInsulating foam board is added to the back side of the existing crawlspace door and sealed tight. The existing door stays — no new door and no framing.

Notes: the existing crawlspace door stays in place — no new door and no framing, and no structural work is included because none was found to be needed. The barrier is floor only; the crawlspace walls are not covered. Jobsite is left clean and debris is hauled off.
