Included Scope of Work
- Clean Up & Debris RemovalFull clean-out of the 800 sq ft crawlspace: the old vapor barrier and all debris are removed and hauled off (under one truck load), and every loose section of the existing floor insulation is repinned and rehung in place — the existing batts only, nothing added or replaced.
- Vapor Barrier — 10 mil WhiteA white 10 mil vapor barrier is installed across the crawlspace floor (800 sq ft), measured and cut on-site, pinned and sealed at the seams and around the perimeter. Floor only — the barrier does not run up the walls.
- Seal VentsAll six crawlspace foundation vents are sealed off from the inside to block outside air and moisture.
- AprilAire E100 Dehumidifier with Condensate PumpAn AprilAire E100 (100 pint) dehumidifier with its companion condensate pump is supplied and installed in the crawlspace, with the condensate discharged outside the crawlspace-door wall and down the yard grade toward the lake.
- Door Insulation — Existing DoorInsulating foam board is added to the back side of the existing crawlspace door and sealed tight. The existing door stays — no new door and no framing.
- General ConditionsMobilization, protection of the work area, material runs and daily clean-up through the project.

Terms & Conditions
Notes: the existing crawlspace door stays in place — no new door and no framing, and no structural work is included because none was found to be needed. The barrier is floor only; the crawlspace walls are not covered. Jobsite is left clean and debris is hauled off.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the project · 5 years on the dehumidifier.
Not included: structural repairs; mold and fungus treatment; drainage or sump work; any work on the crawlspace walls; water heater or HVAC work; anything not listed in the scope above.
